The objects of the Association are:

to safeguard the interests of the residents of Mottingham,

to promote or support, without party bias, any movements for maintaining or improving the amenities of the district.
Annual household membership is £2.50 per annum and almost half the residences of Mottingham belong!

Working with local ward Councillors, Bromley and Greenwich Councils and Police to improve Mottingham including road safety, parking, traffic management, public nuisance issues.

Monitoring local planning applications and supporting residents’ objections to unsuitable planning applications.

Working with Traders & Town Centre Managers to attract business to the Village.

Liaison with organisation of events such as Remembrance Sunday

Opposition to the inappropriate siting of telecom masts (2001, 2002, 2004, 2016)
